Returns

We strive to make our return process hassle-free. Any product can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in salable condition and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exclusions apply to returns as follows:

  • The item has already been installed or appears this way (scratches/marks/blemishes/evidence of installation products used).
  • The product has been in some way changed or cared for improperly.
  • The item is damaged or defective; please contact us in this instance. We will replace the item under warranty or credit you for the purchase.
  • If an item is designated on the page as being non-returnable. 

 

PACKAGE RETURNS

If an item must be returned due to an error by Rico & Plato, we will issue the appropriate shipping label at our cost. Instructions will be provided to properly ship the items back to us. For returns or exchanges due to other reasons, we recommend insured shipments with tracking, such as FedEx and UPS.

Please note that items must arrive back to us in the same condition that they were delivered, including the over-pack carton, for the applicable refund amount (below) to be issued.

An RMA number must be issued before returning the item or it will be refused.

     

    RETURN TIMELINE/REFUNDS

    Your return will generally arrive to us within 7 days of shipment. Please then allow roughly 2 business days for the item to be returned to stock. Within approximately 10 business days your financial provider will credit you the appropriate amount. We will e-mail you a confirmation once the return process is complete
