Teak Serving/Chopping Board Sorrel

This Teak board is the Sorrel, and while it is useful for chopping on, it is one of those designs that lean towards the serving board style. This is apparent in the long slim shape and the easy to grab handle, which makes it brilliant for bringing out snack, nibbles and starters to your family and guests. Teak is a wonderful material for these boards because it is hardwearing and beautiful, and resistant to moisture, mold, insects and deterioration. We oil all our boards with food grade mineral oil which provides the protection that the wood needs while being completely food safe and easy to maintain. All the board needs is a periodic wipe over with more oil to keep it in tip top condition, and there is the added bonus that the colors in the wood and the grain pattern stand out more after an oiling.
